By renting equipment from Red Squared Productions Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Renter must return or have equipment shipped to Red Squared Productions by the date and time specified at Checkout. Failure to do so will result in additional fees of at least $25.00 a day.
(2) Renter understands that renting equipment that requires delivery within two day of date rented is subject to a $90.00 same day shipping fee.
(3) The rental rates for each piece of equipment is specified on our equipment page. The total amount is due at the time of booking.
(4) Renter shall:
(a) return the equipment in the same condition as provided
(b) owe Red Squared Productions Rentals for any damage to the equipment during the rental period
(c) owe Red Squared Productions Rentals for the full value of the equipment if it is lost or stolen during the rental period
(d) not let anyone else use the equipment without Red Squared Productions Rentals’ written permission
(5) Renter hereby releases Red Squared Productions Rentals from any liability, loss or harm connected to Renter’s use of the equipment.
(6) Renter promises to have taken reasonable steps (such as buying adequate insurance) to cover liabilities that could foreseeably arise from Renter’s use of the equipment.
(7) This is the parties’ entire agreement on this matter, superseding all previous negotiations or agreements.
(8) The laws of the state of Mississippi govern this agreement and any disputes arising from it will be handled exclusively in courts in that state.
